Concerts can be a space to let go and celebrate. We want to make the spaces in which we work—and welcome many others—as safe as possible, creating safer spaces. However, we cannot guarantee a completely safe space, as full control is not possible and societal issues also affect our venues.
An awareness team consists of specially trained individuals who are present at events to serve as points of contact for affected persons. They provide support in acute situations, assist with de-escalation, document incidents, and, if necessary, initiate further steps. We are currently working on a comprehensive awareness concept to provide you with the safest and most enjoyable concert experiences possible.
They work according to our awareness concept, which describes how the principles of the Code of Conduct are put into practice, for example at events. It sets out procedures, responsibilities, and measures for dealing with incidents, ensuring that those affected receive support on-site. You can find more Information on this topic here.
If you have nevertheless had negative experiences at our concerts, we are here to listen. We treat all information confidentially and can refer you to places that can offer you longer-term care or support. Please also feel free to contact us if you have observed something or have general feedback. This helps us further develop our awareness concept — and is generally a pretty cool move!
