Concerts can be a space to let go and celebrate. We want to make the spaces in which we work—and welcome many others—as safe as possible, creating safer spaces. However, we cannot guarantee a completely safe space, as full control is not possible and societal issues also affect our venues.
Our awareness concept describes how the principles of the Code of Conduct are put into practice, for example at events. It sets out procedures, responsibilities, and measures for dealing with incidents, ensuring that those affected receive support on-site. You can find more information on this topic here.
